Enterprise admins can now verify their organization’s domain in Stackby — enabling tighter control over who can join the organization and strengthening security.
What it does

Verify one or more email domains belonging to your organization (e.g., @yourcompany.com)

Automatically associate new sign-ups with your verified domain to your organization

Prevent unauthorized users from creating standalone accounts with company email addresses

Enforce SSO or specific login methods for verified domain users
Setup
Domain verification is done by adding a DNS TXT record to your domain’s DNS settings — a standard, secure verification method. Once verified, all domain-management features become available in the Admin Panel.
Why it matters
For enterprises, having your domain verified means every employee who signs up is automatically under your organization’s governance — with the right policies, permissions, and controls applied from day one.
